My Repository is not getting updated automatically

As per the product update task our product update is not automatically get updated, daily we need to update manually through master repository.

What specific errors are you getting in the epoapsvr log?  That is located in the epo install directory, db\logs.  Does the task run the same time every day, or do you have it set to run a couple of times throughout the day?  Sometimes if you run it same time every day, it may be hitting our repository when it is being replicated to.  If it fails consistently on a specific item in the master repository, try removing that from the repository from all branches and checking it in.  If you are using a proxy in your environment, make sure proxy settings are set correctly in epo server settings under proxy config.  

If you are using a proxy and it requires authentication (the epoapsvr log would show this), add credentials in the epo server settings so that the pull will succeed even if nobody is logged into the server.

You can also check to see if you can download the file manually from the update.nai.com site.  If you can, then check IE settings for any proxy config.  If there is a proxy configured there, make sure it matches what you have in epo server settings.

Check also the server log.  If you see any failed to initialize errors, restart epo services and see if that resolves.
