My Organization and Synchronization Type

I'm using EPO4 and have somehow set "My Organization" to sync with an AD domain. This may be because my system is an upgrade from a previous version of EPO.
This is not desired behaviour as I have child AD domains and have set EPO system branches to sync with these.
The EPO branches sync fine to my AD child domains but I have spurious AD OUs at the "My Organization" level.
Can anyone recommend a way of turning off synchronization at this level?

I seem to have resolved thise by deleting the offending row frfom the EPOSyncDir table
