Moving from McAfee ePO 4.5 to 4.6 *HELP*

We are going through the process of retiring our old ePO 4.5 server (Windows 2003 and SQL 2005 database) to a new virtual machine running Windows 2008 R2 with a new database server.

I would like the cleanest install possible,  I have not found any documentation to do so.   What would you recommend?  We have lots of stale and old information I am sure that can go,  but would like to keep all of the existing configuration settings and active workstations and structure.

Suggestions or links?

Thanks in advance,
