Missing Product category under assigned policies

Jump to solution

Using ePO 5.3. Under the system tree on under the assigned policies tab. I am missing a category. File Integrity Monitor specifically is not listed. However, on a different part of the system tree it is listed. How does one add the missing product category to the subgroups?

Hello,

It seems like an issue with ePO extensions so verify you have corrrect versions installed in Extensions section for Solidcore.

Sorry for the delayed reply.
So we are looking for thr FIM under PA.

What is odd is that the FIM category shows up under the system tree in a different area but not under My Org. We can apply the FIM policy to one campus but the option is not even showing up under a different campus. Would this still be an extension issue?

Uninstalling and then reinstalling the suite of FIM extensions one at a time resolved the issue.
