Migrating endpoints from ePO 5.3.1 mixed mode to ePO 5.10 FIPS mode?

We are currently running ePO 5.3.1 mixed mode with ENS, FRP, and DLP.  We will be standing up a new hardware with ePO 5.10 in FIPS mode.   Do we have to redeploy the McAfee Agent, FRP,  DLP, and ENS to the endpoints?  Or we can simply register the new ePO 5.10 to the ePO 5.3.1 and then use the transfer system feature to move endpoints from ePO 5.3.1 to ePO 5.10?  Of course we will have to export the agent 2048 key from ePO 5.3.1 and then import to ePO 5.10 for the endpoints to communicate with ePO 5.10 once the endpoint is successfully transferred.

Hello @Muskee

Thanks for your post.

No need to deploy McAfee Agent again on the client machines.

Please use KB79283 and initiate the system transfer.

For Policies migrate please refer below KB article:
