Here ePO is unaware that the client has had its agent and other software removed. It considers the remote device to simply be 'off' at this time.
Please note the whole ePO /MA estate is not 'driven' by ePO, the estate is driven by the MA, until the MA calls home ePO works on the assumption that the client will call home one day and normal operations will resume. (The idea is to account for when the user is on leave, or away ill, something like that) As the MA has been removed that call home will never happen, it will be safe to delete the entry (the ePO object) from the system tree and accept the prompt that will pop up when you do so.
