Mcafee Smartinstaller - "Use count associated with this McAfeeSmartInstall might be over"

I'm installing Mcafee Agent using McAfeeSmartInstall (5.6.1.157 ) and I get an error message "Use count associated with this McAfeeSmartInstall might be over: Response: 403". 

What is this error message referring to?

The smart installer url is valid for 30 days with 10 uses.  Remove old url's and create a new one.

The smart installer url is valid for 30 days with 10 uses.  Remove old url's and create a new one.

I've never encountered the 30 day limit for URLs.  We have several older than 60 days that still work. 

The error the orignal poster described happens when you check in a new agent package in what ever branch was used for creating the SmartInstaller URL.  The URL needs re-created after each new package check in.
