Mcafee Agent Service Is Now Stopped

Environment

McAfee Agent 5.0.2.333 installed over the top of McAfee Agent 4.8.0.1938

ePO 5.3.1

Windows 7 client (1 out of 4 in the test group, the other 3 don't display the error condition)

Error indication says "Agent Service is Now Stopped" in McAfee Agent Status Monitor.(SCREENSHOT attached)

Agent Wake-ups succeed.

Policy assignments succeed.

Software install/uninstall succeeds (Tested with RSD).

Is this error indication any cause for concern since (apparently) the McAfee Agent is fully functional?

This is actually listed as a known issue by DISA, Ex_Brit or an admin would you kindly delete this post?
