Have you tried to delete the current DAT file from the "Current" branch in the ePO master repository and then start a new master repository pull? Sometimes that could be the quickest way out of strange issues. Another option could be to manually download the latest DAT for ePO from the McAfee Security update page and then do a manual check in.
