McAfee Encryption User

The users profile is not syncing and they are unable to login. Windows password old or new is not syncing and they have to do a recovery everytime they log in. We've tried to remove the user from all devices; tried reinstalling the agent. Nothing seems to be working.

When did this issue start and what changed?  In server settings, user policies, is database mirroring enabled?  Does the ldap sync users task fail or succeed?  Are there errors in the server log of agent handler or epo?

It's in EPO and the user profile started few weeks ago.  The question and answer recovery works but the password doesn't stick.  In the server settings it says Allow users to cache agent deployment credentials: YES. The sync users task does fail.  I don't see any of the tasks fail when they run.

Cache agent deployment credentials is only relevant to push agent functionality.  It has nothing to do with this.  Your comment "The sync users task does fail.  I don't see any of the tasks fail when they run." seems to conflict.  Did you mean the sync users task does not fail or it fails?  I just wanted to clarify.  When issue started, what changed?  If you go into registered server for the ldap server registration, does the test connection succeed?  Have any ldap servers listed there been removed at any point in time?  In the epo install directory under db\logs, does the server log show errors finding users and datachannel errors?  If so, please open a ticket with us so we can look into it.
