What do you mean Antivirus Update. What are you trying update. Is it DAT update or Product update. Could you please elaborate the issue in detailed.

Having said that, I would like to seek more details on this post from you.

Since this is posted in ePO, Is this your ePO's update task that is failing?

Do you have any specific screenshots or error messages you can share with us?

If it is definition updates, it should be happening every day! Hence, I would like to know how long you have been facing this issue since you mentioned "continuously".
