Hello,

Do we have any restriction/compatibility issue on the installation of McAfee agent for windows, Endpoint Security Platform and Threat Prevention on system have have different version of windows let's say windows 7 32bit, windows 2008 64 bit, Windows 10 64bit, and Windows 2016 64bit?

No, the agent will install on either platform.

One thing to note, just be sure of the supported versions you are installing. See KB51573.

I've checked the KBA you mentioned it's it looks like all windows versions are compatible with McAfee agent I had, which is 5.6.4.X.

Is there any such KBA for Endpoint Security Platform, and threat prevention compatibility?

KB82761 is for ENS supported platforms. KB51109 is the master kb article for supported platforms for our products.
