Datachannel communication is failing on the server side.  When did this issue start and what changed?  See KB's 89858, 90016, 90182, and 78425.  You don't have the same exact error code, but that doesn't matter necessarily, it is still a datachannel failure that needs to be resolved.

KB90016 describes exactly our problem.

KB90182 is the solution. The workaround described in this KB is the solution.

Did you go through the kb's in this post?  If you are not able to get it resolved, I would recommend opening a ticket with McAfee, as communication issues can have many different causes.
