Hi
I've recently installed Epolicy Orchestrator 5.10. The DAT in master repository is not getting updated.
Though the server task is running daily don't know why it's not updating. I've attached images.
How do I resolve this issue.
Thanks.
Hello @norivenkat ,
Could you please try to run update Master repository from server task and check the task if that is getting failed. if that is failed and it will give you the error message as well, please share that so I can help you with solution.
Hi norivenkat,
If your Master Repository is failing to upgrade, then you need to check EpoApsvr logs which is located under <ePO install directory>DB/logs.
Have you configured Proxy in EPO. Check if update.nai.com is white listed in your proxy server or firewall or any other network device.
Try to delete existing package and then try to pull again. By looking at the image, not sure at which point exactly is failing.

I would suggest first looking at the epoapsvr log, as previously shown, but you can also test with removing the dat file from the repository from all branches and try the pull again. I have seen if there is some corruption somewhere in the files or if it is locked by some other process, the pull fails. Removing it should help that.
