Ldap to ldaps EPO>AD

Hello , we want to enable "Use SSL" in epo to use it for communication with active directory , but when i press " test connection " there comes an error "Unable to communicate with the LDAP server. Verify that the settings you specified are correct." . As i know i need to import DC1/DC2 certs to epo, i could not find such directory , if u had same problem please share your solution . thanks.

We have epo 5.10.0 patch 6 installed .

You should not need to do anything with importing any certs.  Refer to KB92298.

Make sure your ldap server is set up for tls 1.2.

If that KB doesn't help, you may need to get a wireshark capture to see what protocols and ciphers are being negotiated.
