See if this helps any to pinpoint the cause. Check also server log on epo or agent handler for any errors. Are the clients local to the internal network or connected via vpn? Does a scheduled client task also fail?

The server logs show it failed saying client task time out. One of the few computers that is having this issue is on the same network. I can ping it and the wake up agent does say successful.
This is specific to a few computers, not all of them.

If you schedule a client task instead of using product deployment or run client task now, does the client get the task and run it?
