Impressions of ePO 5 from people that have installed it

I am considering installing ePO 5, but am wondering how that is going for folks. I have VSE 8.8  p3, agent 4.6 on our computers.

* How was the installation process?

* Did you upgrade your current server? How did that go?

* What do you like about ePO 5?

* What problems have you encountered since installation?

* Have there been any impacts on your customers?
