How to deploy agent when they are managed

I have problem to deploy Agent 5.6.1 to computers where old agent (from my previous old mcafee server) are installed, even If I click to force install in Epo, then I have on client side error that agent is managed and cannot be uninstalled.
So locally on client I tried to manually remove agent using commanf frminst /forceuninstall but then I have an error in windows tray that" This application (Mcafee Agent 5) will not work on this Windows Version).
So I tried remove old agent and old virusscan enterprise using MCPR tool but it quit with information enterprise software detected.

So how could I remove old managed agent and old virusscan software if old epo server is not more aavailable?

What version of Windows are you getting the message "This application (Mcafee Agent 5) will not work on this Windows Version"?  Try removing Virusscan first, then once all any other McAfee products are removed, try removing the agent then via add/remove programs.  You can also try the removal tool in safe mode - sometimes that works better.  If all else fails, there are manual removal steps for each.

kb65863 is for removing the agent. 

KB71179 is for removing VSE.

on add/remove program none of mcafee programs are visible, and in task manager I see mcafee agent  is running.

Ok, then first try would be to re-run the removal tool in safe mode.  Otherwise, the manual removal steps.  If self protection was enabled on the agent, that may take a few tries and reboots removing what you can a little at a time.
