Created URLs contain a token and have a long name for remembering or typing manually. I want to create a redirect rule from https://epo:8443/agent to https://epo:8443/ComputerMgmt/agentPackage.get?token=<token>. Then users can simply type https://epo:8443/agent and get installer

I don't think we do have an option to shorten the deployment URL in EPO. However it can be done via ISS server if amnot wrong. If you have ISS server in place, create a shorten URL as per your wish and redirect to the original path.

McAfee ePO uses Apache web server. This server supports .htaccess config file. Is it possible to add such a configuration file to the web application folder? If it already exists, then how to find it?

You can create SmartInstaller.exe using URL and share with you team. They can simply go and execute this on machines.

We would not support any customizations to httpd for anything like that as it may cause issues with upgrades.  You can submit an idea for that to be enabled per kb60021.
