Could you please elaborate a bit more?

you could potentially see the execution of a Run client task now task but we do not record the execution in ePO of a scheduled client task

With recent version of the Mcafee agent extension you could download the agent logs from the ePO console and see the agent logs but that's mostly for troubleshooting.

there are also ways of creating reports based on the client task execution based on event IDs, but please elaborate a bit more so we can guide you on the right path

If you are trying to troubleshoot update or deployment issues, you can go through this.  It will also tell you which logs to look at and where they are located.

Our ePO is putting the DAT file for the target systems by client task.

Please tell me how to know the version of DAT file in target systems on the  ePO console.

VSE and non-windows systems use dats, where Windows running ENS uses amcore content.  There are default queries in epo for checking dat and amcore content versions.  Search in queries for compliance and you will see several compliance queries.  It will show you systems that are current and out of date.
