How to change the credentials used for a Server Task

I have a list of Server tasks created in ePO and scheduled already. In the logs i see it running as per the schedule with "User name" as "xyz" for instance. How to change this? I wanted to get all these streamline to maintain uniformity to use a service account dedicated for it. Could someone please help with this?

Edit the task, make a slight change and save it.  That will change ownership.  Keep in mind, that any time it is modified, whoever modified it last will then be the owner.
