How to change the credentials used for a Server Task

I have a list of Server tasks created in ePO and scheduled already. In the logs i see it running as per the schedule with "User name" as "xyz" for instance. How to change this? I wanted to get all these streamline to maintain uniformity to use a service account dedicated for it. Could someone please help with this?

Make a slight change to task, save it and if you need to make change back to what it was and save again.  Saving the task changes also changes task ownership.  Just keep that in mind, because anyone that saves a change to a task is now the owner.
