How agent handlers get/cache packages from ePO?

Hi ,

Just curious, We installed an AH and found in AH's installation directory\DBcache, it already cached ePO's packages in DB\Software. what's the mechanism? looks it's not done by ePO's push inventory server task... thanks in advance!

Thanks for your post.

I would like to inform you that Tasks configured in the ePO Console is get stored in the ePO_Database Name with the Assignments and all.

The Agent Handler will take all the required information from the Database and will send it to the clients.

Also once the Agent Handler will get installed it will create the repocache structure as soon as possible after installation.

Whenever a client will ask/request for the content it will get populated and AH will pull it from the Master Repository.
