HIP doesn't want to install

Hi

I have a problem with HIP installation on one maschine. Where can i find where is the cause of this problem. Which logs show me why the HIPs doesn't want to install.

The agent sees the task

In masvc.log there is entry that the product deployment was started and completed but in the ePO is still missing.

Any idea how to invest further ?

it sounds like the installer was downloaded by MA, is there a MSI log on the Windows\temp\mcafeelogs folder ?

Also are there any error in the mcscript deploy log?  Was the agent able to execute the setup for hips?  That would be in the mcscript_deploy.log
