What are the general practices done with regard to applying Change Management as far as the ePO policies are concerned.What I specifically looking is of scenarios/integration with Change management softwares(HP openview or Remedy) where in any changes done in the ePO policy(eg : change in Virusscan access protection policy) are been logged as a ticket in HPOV and been sent to the change management chain for approval etc.
I am wondering if anyone has any scenarios worked out and appreciate if more details could be provided.
