We need to send alerts to Office 365, but it need to send via TLS, and i dont see any options to send email via TLS

Hi Bernardo, as far as I know (I tested it some months ago) ePO doesn't support TLS for email notifications
It's a big issue, since the cloud mail services like exchange, google, etc, needs to send via TLS. And an increasing number of customers are migrating to the cloud.

You can log a PER (Product Enhancement Request) to bring such things to the attention of the right people.
