Make sure that we are meeting the environmental requirement to push agent as per

Hi All
The Client computer is down or not accessible (check physical connection, is the network port up?)
Yes, the system is up
"File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks" is not enabled in the network adapter of the client computers. (type ncpa.cpl and check nic card property)
Enabled
Microsoft Firewall blocks the process. (disable or turn off firewall)
already turn off
Third-party Firewall blocks the process. (turn off firewall)
no 3rd firawall
Administrative Share (Admin$) on the client computer might have been disabled
EPO can access the admin$ of target
Regards
tony
What about server service and Remote registry service?

Did you check these parts of the environmental requirements kb?
From the epo server, can you map a drive to admin$ (I know you said you could) using those local credentials, and write to the windows directory? Do the security event logs show any failures on the client?

Hi all,
Finial I do two things to fix the issue
1. Change User account control setting
2. Enable Access to admin share
https://tommynation.com/enable-remote-access-administrative-shares-windows-10/
Thanks all your help
Glad to hear that the issue is fixed.
It may be cause by the Win 10 domain firewall. You need to allow for inbound and outbound for Domain. And try again.
