Extension "checked in" - does not display in policy catalog

Hi Community

I have a basically vanilla ePO 5.10 running and run into two problems (which are probably related) installing/configuring the modules.

First problem:
I can't check in the Management Extension for McAfee Host Intrusion Prevention 8.0
Tried installing the Patch 12 (8.0.12.1193) manually in the Extension Menu, but it still doesn't list the Extension as "checked In".
Although HIP does list under products in the policy catalog...
Can I just ignore that it doesn't display as "checked In"?

Second Problem:
I installed the McAfee Device Control 11.2 by checking it in the software catalog and installing the extension manually afterwards (Data Loss Prevention 11.2.0.4), but it doesn't display under products in the policy catalog.

Any help is really appreciated.

Have you installed update3 yet for epo?  If not, please do so.  If you have, then please open a ticket with McAfee so we can investigate.

Haven't had update3 installed yet, but just run it without any errors.

Unfortunately no changes regarding those Problems.
