Event ID 2413

Is there a setting in ePO to turn logging for event ID 2413 on and off? (Attempt to uninstall ePolicy Orchestrator Agent)

Server settings in epo, event filtering.  Look for that event ID and uncheck it to disable it.  It may take a little time for agents to check in and get the change, so it isn't immediate.  If you still have systems sending a disabled event after sufficient asci time has passed where systems should have gotten the change, you might have an issue with that particular agent.
