Hi,
In the extension manager screen above click the remove link at the right edge for the MOVE Scheduler license Extension.
Then visit your downloads page and select your MOVE product, then select MOVE Scheduler 2.5. You should get something similar to:
\
Download the "MOVE-SCH_252_License.zip" and re-install this Extension in your ePO console.

Hi Richard,
I understand that I have to install it but I do not find it... here is all the software I can download. I've even been in some of the download to see if I could find any patches but I did not found any related to Move. Where is it hidden?
The license extension can be found in the full product download from the download page after you have entered your grant number.
So for example download the McAfee Move-av multi-platform zip, extract it locally and you should have more zip files, one of which should be the move license.zip extension you can check in under menu > server > extensions.
You can also remove and reinstall this extension via the Software Manager in ePO.
We have just started to add the management capabilities to our ePO server for Move for VDI and Move for servers.
Shout if you would like some screen shoots.

Hi Richard,
I do not fond anything related in my account with this name McAfee Move-av multi-platform zip. But I have tons of other software . We have the MFE complete business suite so I think I should have access to this package is'n it?
I don't know if MOVE is included in the suite you have mentioned, but based on the screen shots you have provided you are not entitled to the MOVE license, but you can confirm this with your Teritory Axzount MAnager or Reseller.
If they agree and you are not licenced (hence why it is not in your download options) you can just go ahead and remove the extensions from ePO.
Feel free to get in touch once you have confirmed you licensing position.

Hi,
I've removed the extension last friday and I just check a few moments ago to do a follow up and here is what I see now:
It look likes the MOVE AV extension is working properly now. Maybe there was a glitch and the fact to remove it corrected the problem. Could that be possible?
Have a nice day!
Great to hear you problem has been resolved, if you could mark as answered that would be great.
