Error communication between Agent and ePO-Server

We have a Problem in our ePO (10.5) . A communication between an ePO -Server und several Systems are disrupted. McAfee Agent could not send Events.

Have you any idea.

Also if this not helps then please share the error massgae from masvc logs from c:\programdata\mcafee\agent\logs.

Thanks for the screenshot.

From the screenshots it seems that there is some issues with the DataChannel.

Please do check the server.log and see whether you are getting error in regards to the Failed to process the secure communication request (error=12175) or something related to this.

If possible please check and do let us know.

Also you can try to follow KB90760 and see how it goes.

If still this is not working for you , Would like to request you to please open a Service Request with the Support Team.

Please be careful posting logs on a public forum that may contain servernames, IP's or other company information that is sensitive.  

When you are dealing with communication issues, it is a 2-way street, so you need to look at both agent and server logs, especially when you see a response code from the server.
