Error Extracting files to temp directory

Hey all,


We have EPO 5.9.1 installed on Microsoft cluster ( 2 nodes) in our environment.

We are checking in DAT files manually to our repository, and sometimes we encounter the following errror:

"error extracting files to temp directory"

We think that McAfee Solidcore 8.2 default policy blocks files on the EPO server, but we are not sure about this , and we can't edit the default policy to test this assumption 😞

Right now we bypass this issue just by migrating the cluster to a passive node and back to our primary node.

We would love to hear if someone

That is an interesting behaviour, from an ePO perspective the epoapsvr log should tell us a bit more, that is located: 

<ePO install path>\McAfee\ePolicy Orchestrator\DB\Logs

As you cant edit the policy at this point maybe a procmon will help us understand what's preventing the extraction.

This error occurs once in a while, and we did not get this error message the past week....
We will check these logs when this error happen
I hope it will help us troubleshooting soon 😊
