Epo server settings page coming blank after upgrading from 5.9 to 5.10

I have upgraded the epo software from 5.9 to 5.10 and sql server also upgrade from 2016 to 2017. The upgradation was done successfully but after epo 5.10 console page server settings page coming blank.

Sql TCP port is 49676

Epo event pharser services stopped and not able to start.

Kindly give the solution.

We need the screenshots of the console page, since from the console page we need to check it is McAfee Foundation Services (MFS) page or it came to login page as expected.

Second thing, if you scroll down little bit, you will see dependency errors with the list, which may shows more details on the same.

Additionally, to this, share the images and McAfeelogs from user profile \ temp folder to check the details

Another way, you can open a SR with McAfee support, we can check thoroughly through remote

Check orion and eventparser logs for any sql connection errors.  Is sql using dynamic or static ports?  If dynamic, they can change, so verify the sql port and instance.
