I have one system that won't install Threat Prevention.
I've uninstalled the package and reinstalled but still won't install -
Any suggestion on what I can try?
The first things to look at are the agent logs. c:\programdata\mcafee\agent\logs.
The masvc log will show whether it got the task and when it invokes it.
The mcscript log will show it attempting to download the product from repositories. If it fails, it will show why. If it succeeds and passes off the install to msi and executes setup, then you would look in Windows\temp\mcafeelogs for the ens install logs.
If it fails to get files or the task, that is an agent\repository\epo issue.
If it gets the files and starts the install and that fails, it goes to the ens team.

I removed McAfee to reinstall because Threat Prevention wasn't installing - I made the mistake of uninstalling from Programs/Features.
Ran Endpoint Product Removal .. renamed logs directory in Windows (wanted a fresh log).
Reinstall Threat Prevention went fine.
Lesson here is uninstall using EPR
