Endpoint Security Common Older Version Stuck

Hi,
After we upgraded to ENS 10.7 at a lot of stations in the organization I was left with Product ENS Common 10.6 stuck, what can be done to flip this irrelevant value?

What version of epo and update/patch version?  There is an issue resolved for that in 5.10 CU9.

Are all systems upgraded showing that or some?  Have you verified the client actually got upgraded?  Is the agent communicating successfully?  If you go to \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Network Associates\ePolicy Orchestrator on the client, does in show endp_wp_1070 or 1060 or both?

The vast majority of stations show this value

I did make sure the client was upgraded, I'll add another screenshot

The communication between the agent and the server is normal, the stations receive updates and distributions of new components, a new policy, everything is fine

Regarding the value in regisrty I will check and update soon

Yea, if the older version reg key exists, then ens upgrade did not clean up its older version.  We have seen that with 10.7, so if you are interested in root cause, I would suggest opening a ticket with the ENS team.
