Encryption Users Error removing userid

ePO Build: ePolicy Orchestrator 5.10.0 (Build 2428)
Update Installed: Update 7 (2.0.0.907)

In ePO > Encryption Users > Groups, there are some users in there that I want to delete but I get a "Error: Removing userid CN=<name and DC listed>"

Any suggestions on how to delete them??  Their account is still getting placed on machines in that branch.

Thanks for the post.

Please go to Queries & Reports and search for DE:Users

Search that user->Actions_>Deassign the user from all machines.
