Am I correct to assume that smtp.office.com is Office 365?  Per the KB I gave you, this won't work.  smtp.office.com is a web based service.

ePolicy Orchestrator can't send Notification or Response email to web-based services such as Gmail, Hotmail, or Office 365

What specific info do you need?  That is configured in server settings, email server in the console.  We currently only support smtp servers on port 25, not ssl enabled email.  See KB60405 regarding that.

I'm using smtp.office.com as the server name, port 25, authentication using an department email as the username and its corresponding password, and the same email as the "from" email address. When I run the test, it says "The message could not be sent because of an unexpected error. "
