The install logs can be found under %temp%\mcafeelogs directory.  If you don't see them there, check to see if it didn't put you in a temp\2\mcafeelogs directory.  If it is in a session number folder, then go back to the root of temp, then to mcafeelogs from there.

The epo install msi log will show a return value 2 or 3 and the command above that that it was running.  In that command it will show what log, and the location, that it is writing to for the specific failure.  That is in the troubleshooting folder in one of the sub folders.  Look in that log for what the failure actually is.
