EPO tags not sticking after query is run

Jump to solution
Brief: After I run a query, specific tags applied to endpoints disappear. I have created a tag called "VDI" and applied it via criteria. It successfully saves the tag and applies it to the correct machines. When I look in my System Tree, the tags show up successfully. Everything up to this point works as intended. I then run a simple query report to fetch any Unmanaged endpoints, excluding my "VDI" tags, as I don't want this query to any of my virtual desktops. Not only does the report show my "VDI" systems (which it shouldn't,) when I go back to the System Tree, all of my applied tags have disappeared.
