EPO not able to get daily scan result from multiple source


Anyone can help me, as my epo is not getting reports from agents. Although antivirus is scanning at the machine, agents do not report back. I have seen multiple days whereby agents report only on  some days?

EPO running 5.10 and agent is running 4.8.0

"...multiple days whereby agents report only on  some days..." On those days that the agent does't report back are they on a different network - are you able to tracert back to the ePO server from one of those agents?
