EPO Server communication lost with agent on the same machine after Epo upgrade fto 5.10.0(build 12)

Dear Team, 

I have upgraded my EPO version from 5.10.0(build 7) to build 12. I could successfully update & deploy components to all machines except the EPO machine itself. In Epo it looks connection with the agent is broken. Can you please advise how can I resolve this issue?

What errors are you getting in the masvc log and are there any associated errors in the server log?  What version of the agent is installed?
