EPO Server 4.5 - You have provided invalid credentials

Hi,

I have a problem with my EPO Server 4.5, when i try to login i got this message " You have provided invalid credentials. " i already restart my server but its all the same problem.

Anyone help?

i got this logs...

ExecQuery: COM Error(0x80040E14) Could not allocate space for object 'dbo.EPOEvents'.'PK_EPOEvents_AutoID' in database 'ePO4_PICASSO' because the 'PRIMARY' filegroup is full. Create disk space by deleting unneeded files, dropping objects in the filegroup, adding additional files to the filegroup, or setting autogrowth on for existing files in the filegroup.

where can i delete these files?

your DB is full

do some sql maintenance on the db using SQL tools . if you cant get in after standard maintenance you may have to get rid of some events using queries

if you are using sql express think about migrating to full sql

when you get back in check your scheduled log purges or choose selective events to keep the size down

As already mentioned, the database or disk is likely out of free space.
