has someone information about that? Based on Euroean Law there must be a Privacy Statement from the vendor available. This means, data stored in cloud environments must not leave the European Region.

On the Privacy Shield Website you can check vendors if such a contract is available.

Is there any information or statement from McAfee available??

There is a change in the Law, this means, if a customer uses cloud services and sends confidential data (like usernames in a threat event) to the system this company can get a "prosecute" problem.
