Found it, in "extension"
If it is package go to master repository and check new package and choose hotfix file. if it is extension go to extension and install packages.
Just installed this and within 2 minutes got the following.
Restarted services and working again, not sure for how long though.
on 31/01/14 13:44:23 GMTI am not sure about your product evalution and licence. If you are using license go to manu --->software --->software manager and download approprite software as you need. It may resolve your issue.

From the hotfix's release notes:
3. Click Install Extension, browse to and select the location of EPO510HF1b.zip file, then click Open | OK to start
the installation.
4. After installing the hotfix, log off the McAfee ePO server.
5. Restart the McAfee ePO services. This is a required step.
6. Important: Failure to restart the McAfee ePO services can result in an unstable McAfee ePO server.
