Drive Encryption update query

Hi Guys,
I'm trying to update drive encryption (inc. Agent) via product deployment.
Software installed on the machines are Drive Encryption 7.2.0.456 and Drive Encryption: Windows 7.2.4.2.
Packages selected for deployment are both Drive Encryption and Drive Encryption agent (7.2.4.2) with latest version and options selected "Automatically deploy the latest version of the products"
For some reason deployment shows is complete 100 but Drive Encryption version shows still at 7.2.0.456.
Any thoughts?

Please open a ticket with McAfee agent for this to determine why.  This will require looking at data on the system.  The masvc log will show it getting the task and invoking it, mcscript log will show whether it is able to download the product and start the setup process, and if it gets that far, the mde install logs would show why it failed to install.  So as you see, there are several components involved in a deployment or update failure.  The agent is where to start since it initiates the task.
