Recently I've got some machines that were infected, but I cannot see them in the reports in the console. But I've got other reports for example engine and dat coverage. I've been upgrading from previous versions, it not a clean install.
You can try to recheckin the reports nap for 8.0 and 8.5.
I have also had the issue where the dll's were corrupt and I had to stop all the services rename the dlls (see below) and then start services and recheckin the reporting naps, this cleared an issue for me with virus events being reported through notifications but not actually showing up in the reports.
