Deploying ENS fails

Jump to solution

Hi,

I am trying to deploy ENS using ePO on Windows Server. The agents installed successfully.

Target systems are Windows Server 2016 and 2019. ePO and agents are in different VLANs but I opened all ports in the Firewall to be sure the communication won't be blocked.

ePO: 5.10 Update 6

Agent: 5.6.5.165

ENS: 10.7

When deploying using "Run client task now", it fails with timeout when waiting agent to react...

Could someone help me please ?

Thanks,

Daniel

Hello @RocheBS

Thanks for your post.

Please try to deploy using Scheduled task Edit/Modify task on a single system and check whether it is getting deployed successfully or not.

System>Actions>Agent>Modify Tasks on a Single System>New Client Task Assignment>Assign that previously created task to be run immediately>Save

If machine is connecting through VPN, In that case wakeup agent call and Run Clinet task now will not work.

Hi vivs,

Thanks for your help ! The machine is not connection through VPN, but there is a firewall between agent and ePO server (different VLANs). I disabled NAT on the firewall and now evertyhing works fine !

Have nice day
