I was repeat my steps, and in this time looks like everything fine with the new MSI Agent installer.
I think, proplem was in incorrect path to network shared folder on SCCM server.
We provide some test installs and I'll inform about the results

I will try to repeat my steps and get fresh logs
Please note you need to repackage the Agent Package when ever new version comes out. So, we decided to use the McafeeSmartInstaller instead of framepkg.
