DLP Helpdesk Console - Duplicate Policy

Hi, i'm using ePO version 5.9, in DLP Help desk, at Get password from policy, the policy has a lot of duplicated and old policy that i have deleted previously. but it is still showing here, any idea how to remove this policy? 

 

This is not user friendly  as my user need to login into this page to generate release COD for his employee.

Please open a ticket with McAfee dlp team to assist, as they will need a little more info and possibly view access to your system to see what is going on.
