DLP 11.6 doest show under products installed

Hi Team, 

Good day!

We are trying to implement DLP solutions with ePO 5.10 with update 10 Agent 5.7.2 with latest ext of DLP. 

Machine is  Communicating but DLP 11.6 doesn't show under installed products. However product is compatible. 

Removed and rebooted still the same. 

Any help please!

Thanks for your post.

I would suggest you to please open a Service Request.

Also please do check whether extension is running or not.

You can check macompatsvc.log and masvc.log from the client machine to see whether any error is getting recorded or not.

I have ran into the same issue. I have uninstalled all of the product, rebooted the system and reinstalled all of the software and when you go into the system, it shows as an installed product, under add or remove programs and under the about from McAfee Agent, but on the ePO it does not show as any DLP software is installed.

Agent logs would show any errors collecting properties for the product.  They are located in c:\programdata\mcafee\agent\logs

I'm having the same issue. Were you able to correct the issue?

I had to remove all of the software off the system do a reboot and verify that there were no registry or McAfee folders left, then reboot again and pushed all the software back and that fixed the issue.
